Our sea-lateral-viewed Studio is located at a charming silent beachfront residence in the heart of Playa de las Americas, few steps away from a lot of restaurants, shops, bars... We have a secured territory accessible through code-closed door. Two swimming pools (one is acclimatized for winter season) and child's pool are at your disposal. All necessary vacation items are there for being useful for you: air/con, equipped kitchen, tv, washing machine, iron, hair dryer, safe, wi-fi.

“Great Position on the beach”
Small studio with separate bathroom and bed separated by a partition wall. Everything spotless on arrival . Modern kitchen area with oven , microwave and small hob , also a washing machine in the bathroom should you need it . Bathroom all clean with bath and shower hook up attachment which works fine for a shower . Towels provided for the bathroom although you might like to take spare as only a set for each person for the week. Sofa bed in lounge area . Nice balcony with table and chairs and also 2 sun beds . Can just about fit them all out and the sun is all afternoon from about 1 so can sunbathe on the balcony .Double bed is fine although we found it too firm for us as we are used to a softer bed. All basic but modern and clean. Not a lot of hanging space as wardrobes is very small but a large chest of drawers in the lounge . Side views of the beach, overlooks the unfinished arts centre by the crane but still a lovely view . Dead in the centre of the gorgeous Vistas beach and El Camison beach , literally both minutes from apartment . Loads of restaurants and shops also on doorstep . 1st floor apartment but there’s a lift .Pool looks lovely but we didn’t use it as too cold this time of year . This is the Second apartment we have rented from the lovely Olga , she is a real pleasure to deal with and very helpful , also has other properties to rent on the same complex . Thanks for a great stay !

“Tenerife royal gardens.”
Great location, lovely complex and nice apartment. Everything you could ask for- very clean and tidy. Easy booking and good communications with olga the owner. We had a great time with some super restaurants around the complex. The pool was aclimatized but was very cold.

“Great stay”
Stayed here for a week with my husband. Complex is in a great location. Apartment itself has everything that's needed and was very clean. Owner was also very helpful and communication was great. Would definitely return :)
