Description

Peaceful apartment right on the beach, surrounded by greenery and the sea. Dock for boats available in front of the house. Free parking on the grounds. Fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, spacious bathroom and sunny living room. Free use of WIFI, air-conditioner and outdoor BBQ.

The greatest value of this place is an equipped and shaded terrace with a great view of the sea.

10 min drive to Barbarella's Disco and Garden Resort Tisno - perfect for festival goers.

The space:

The apartment is on the second floor of a house situated right on the beach. My family and I are staying on the first floor and are available at all times for check-ins, check-outs, any requests or assistance. The house has two floors.

The kitchen is equipped with a built-in oven, refrigerator, microwave oven, stove top, filter coffee machine, water kettle and all the necessary dishes.

There are indoor and outdoor (terrace) seating arrangements.

For the sleeping arrangements there are two private bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with a single bed, along with a pull-out daybed for two people in the living room. The daybed can be pulled out into a 160×200 cm bed.

There are two large closets for your clothes (hangers included) and luggage, with extra blankets.

Bathroom and kitchen have running cold and hot water. Bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower, hairdryer, toiletries, soap and two power outlets.

Guests will be provided with fresh towels and bed linen according to mutual agreement. Feel free to request extra linen, blankets, towels or pillows. Using the washing machine can be arranged.

The apartment is equipped with all cleaning equipment (vacuum cleaner, mop, detergent), clothes drying rack and iron with ironing board.

Mosquito repellent plug-in adapters with extra fillings and tablets included.

Docking is possible in front of the house on the beach, contact me to arrange this beforehand. See the listing photos to check out the boat berth.

The beach is quite peaceful because it is not in a high traffic area, but this depends on the season.

Bring your dog on vacation, too:) Dogs are allowed in the apartment and can spend time in the garden or on the beach, as long as they are well behaved and do not disturb the neighbors. Sadly, dogs are not allowed to swim or bathe in the sea in front of the house, due to town regulations (the beach is officially part of a town beach). A 200 m walk by the beach will bring you to a beach which is uninhabited and dogs are allowed to swim, run and hike freely. Please note that the garden is not completely fenced.

The flat screen TV has only a few Croatian channels, but there is WiFi and a HDMI cable to connect a laptop to the TV if you are bringing one.

Guests are invited to use the garden and the garden seating arrangement, pick fresh figs or other seasonal fruit in the garden, the BBQ in the garden and the outdoor shower. Free parking available on the grounds. In front of the house there is an available dock for boats (check listing photos).

There are beach bars and ice cream shops short walking distance along the beach, and the town centre is a 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive away where there are night bars, coffee bars, shops, amazing restaurants and the market place.

The beach in front of the house is a gravel beach. A wild stoney beach can be reached walking. A 5 minute walk along the beach will bring you to a rent-a-boat where you can rent jet-ski, boats, paddle boards, etc. The closest sandy beach in Pirovac is 1km away and other sandy beaches can be reached by car.

For bikers, hikers, runners and dog-walkers - Pirovac is surrounded by miles of biking and hiking tracks connecting to, for example, the lake Vrana or St. Martin archeological site. And only a short walk from the apartment there is the Makirina hill, which is uninhabited and provides for a great run and amazing views for those who reach the top.

The National park Kornati is a short boat ride away. The National park Krka is a short drive away (30 km). The historical cities Zadar (50 km) and Šibenik (20 km) are close by and reachable by car or bus.

Connect by bus or taxi service to airports in Split (cca 80km) and Zadar (cca 50km).

Take a boat or car to visit the surrounding islands or uninhabited and secluded beaches to enjoy some peace and quiet.

Pirovac is a small town and everything can be reached walking. There is a taxi service available. It is well connected by bus to surrounding towns.

Garden summer festival is in the vicinity along with other summer festival options and summer events in the close by towns. We are happy to assist you with directions and information for the main events.

Connect to Garden Resort Tisno and Barbarella's Disco and visit the Love International Summer festivals. Only a 10 minute drive (8 km) from the apartment with taxi service available.
