Description

This rental abides by the local ordinance requiring a 30 day minimum rental agreement but allows less than 30 day occupancy. This 850 sq ft duplex consists of a master bedroom with a queen bed and a huge walk-in closet. Access to the full bathroom is through the master bedroom. The other bedroom also has a queen bed. All the areas come with ceiling fans and the home is indirectly ventilated with a powerful whole house fan that guarantees a nice island breeze to come in from all windows.

The newly remodeled full kitchen comes with a glass cooktop range/oven, a 20 cf LF refrigerator and a Corian countertop with cove backsplash.

Guest access

The duplex home is situated around a wonderfully landscaped wrap around yard measuring 5,000 sf. Laundry machines are located outside and adjacent to the property and detergent and fabric softners are furnished by the hosts. There is covered parking for up to two vehicles with street parking as well. Guests have access to high speed wired and wireless Internet service.

Interaction with guests

We personally check-in our guests and go over a detailed and very helpful Welcome Package that discusses all the many things to see and do on Oahu. During reasonable hours the hosts are always available to help the guests with any issues or questions they may have.

The neighborhood

The duplex home is located in a residential area of Kailua just 3 minute drive to Kailua Beach and Kailua town. In consideration to others we ask our guests to observe quiet hours between 8 pm and 8 am.

Getting around

There is a bus stop nearby but we always recommend our guests to get a rental car.

How do damage deposits work?
