Newly renovated studio apartment minutes from many local hot spots, including Midtown, the Plaza District, Paseo, and Bricktown. A short Uber ride to Downtown or OU Health Sciences Center. Located in a beautiful historic neighborhood in the center of Oklahoma City. Enjoy the quiet comforts of this revitalized art studio while being close to all of OKC's main attractions. Perfect for business travelers, couples, or individuals.
This cozy garage apartment is only a short walk to midtown attractions, eateries, and bars. Located in one of the best neighborhoods in the city, you will feel right at home!
The studio is completely detached from the main residence so your privacy is assured. There is a parking space in the driveway for your convenience. It is located on the second floor with stair access only.
The apartment comes with a kitchenette with a mini-fridge, microwave, and electric kettle. There are dishes available for your convenience but please wash any dishes that you use. Coffee and tea options along with instant oatmeal/granola bars are available for your enjoyment. We also try to leave a few pieces of fruit.
Towels, shampoo, conditioner, iron, and a hairdryer are available for your use. There is fast, reliable wi-fi for your convenience.
In the event of severe weather we have a basement for your safety (this is Oklahoma after all!).
Note: From floor to ceiling, the height is 7'1"; from floor to hanging lights, the distance is 6'3". The door is 5'10" at its tallest (top is slanted). Point being if you are really tall, you may feel a bit uncomfortable in this cozy space. The studio is approximately 370 sq feet so it is not suitable for larger groups.

“So far I'm very impressed!”
We booked this apartment for an upcoming stay. We had a couple problems we needed help working out and the owner was very fast, polite, and helpful in communication back and forth. We haven't even stayed yet and I'm already happy with our choice! I'll check back with an update after our stay.
“OKC Weekend Getaway”
Loved our stay in OKC! Drive down for the weekend for a concert at the Zoo Amphitheater and wanted a place that was close to restaurants and businesses. This studio apartment was perfect for us! It had all the amenities you would want and was in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The place had private access so could come and go as we please without feeling like we were disturbing anyone. The location is mainly why we chose this place and it didn’t disappoint. We brought our bikes so we could explore and were able to ride to The Paseo (the arts district ) and check out restaurants and shops. This district has some awesome restaurants btw (especially if you’re vegan) and we were also able to ride our bikes to mass Sunday morning which was a plus! Had the best time and would recommend to anyone looking for a place to crash in OKC.
