Welcome to our newly purchased and remodeled (May 2017) lake house set high on a bluff on the shores of Lake Ontario in Rochester, NY.

You have found the perfect lake house for get away any time of the year. This 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home has 2700 square feet of living space with 75 feet of water front and glorious panoramic views of Lake Ontario.

There are 4 spacious stone patios for entertaining, one with an outdoor kitchen area that boasts a pizza oven and a built in gas grill in the granite counter top. The lower patio has a fire pit at the water’s edge perfect for roasting marshmallows and making s’mores. Plan to be amazed by incredible sunrises and sunsets, a variety of birds and wildlife (including a family of mink that live in the rocks below the patio), shooting stars and the sound of waves rolling into shore.

There is a self check in through a coded lock that will be set for your stay. I am available by phone, text or email during your stay for any questions. A house manual is provided with directions to appliances and recommendations for day trips and local restaurants. Note that there are 6 exterior security cameras on the property and noise aware system that monitors decible levels only. Any sustained noise over 15 min with a decible level of 70 ( approaching rock concert level) will alert owners. Pets are not allowed. No events
