Description
Bijou Garden with sea view is a 75 sqm apartment with 100 square meters of outdoor space with garden terrace and sea view. E 'located in an old mansion in a private area away from the bustle but only 300 meters from the center of the Marina village and the sea. It consists of a large living room with 2 sofa beds, each with a queen, TV, air conditioning, wardrobe; a spacious bathroom with bidet and shower; a hallway with another closet, a large master bedroom with a large wardrobe, tv, air conditioning; a fully equipped kitchen with table for 6 people, fridge and freezer, electric oven and microwave. The outdoor area is equipped with a gazebo and deck chairs plus a large table with six chairs. Available a small space with herbs and automatic irrigation system. The apartment has a beautiful view. Allowed small dogs; could not be recommended for children under six years old and people with mobility problems as there is a short climb (about 150 meters) to reach the apartment.
