Description

Conveniently located in Sunrise Beach off Lake Road 5-41 (less than .5 miles from the intersection of Hwy 5 & F) at the 10MM. On same lake road and in same cove as Franky & Louie's Beachfront Bar & Grill, which is a fun place to hang out with or without the family. Franky & Louie's has a sand beach, live music, washers, volleyball, arcade and good food, including a breakfast buffet on weekends. Perfect place for kids to play and parents to enjoy a cocktail.

This house has 2 levels. The upstairs has 3 Queen bedrooms, 2 with sliding glass doors opening to the lakefront deck, and a full bath. Downstairs is the living area, spacious fully equipped kitchen, large bathroom, laundry room, and sliding doors to the patio. On this floor you will find the TV/DVD player, iHome, and foosball table. On the patio there is a gas grill, furniture to seat 8 at the table, and a glider.

BRING YOUR BOAT, there is a boat ramp on same lake road and the dock has two slips (one with lift). The dock also has swim platform and storage closet with its own refrigerator. BIG NO WAKE COVE with deep water.
