Description

Segovia Studio Units is a newly renovated house approximately 6 minutes away form San Juan International Airport. It is comprised of 3 independent studio units and 2 independent two bedroom units. This unit is a 2 bedroom small, cozy & furnished apartment unit. Beaches and tourist attractions are just 10 minutes away driving. Being located in an urban area we prefer guest that respect a quiet neighborhood.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Chabeline (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
