Description

La Roselière, c’est «la campagne en ville», une nouvelle adresse unique à Montpellier, calme, cachée et paisible.

C'est une maison de plein pied, totalement indépendante de la maison principale, c'est une ancienne bâtisse (pigeonnier) de 65 m2 totalement rénovée donnant sur une grande piscine, une terrasse en bois et un parc avec arbres centenaires.

Vous serez nos seuls hôtes. Vous bénéficierez de votre propre cuisine totalement équipée, un coffre fort et parking sont à votre disposition gratuitement. Vous pourrez profiter de la piscine en saison et en hiver du charme et de la chaleur du poêle cheminée.

Dans la maison vous aurez à votre disposition le linge de maison ainsi que le linge et nécessaire de toilette. (des peignoirs, chaussons mais aussi draps de piscine sont à votre disposition)

Attenante à La Roselière une buanderie est à votre disposition avec un deuxième wc, une machine lave et sèche linge, un évier et une cave à vins.

En plus du lit en 160x200 (dans la chambre) de celui en 120x200 (dans le salon), nous pouvons également vous prêter un lit parapluie pour les bébés ou enfants de bas âge ainsi qu'une chaise haute. (si disponible)

Vous apprécierez le Wifi partout dans la maison et autour de la piscine, le bureau connecté avec enceintes intégrées et la TV avec lecteur Blue-Ray DVD.

A deux pas du coeur de ville, dans le quartier Boutonnet, l’unique maison propose une décoration soignée, résolument contemporaine. De belles matières chaleureuses et un mobilier soigneusement selectionné pour vous offrir des instants confortables en amoureux, en famille ou entre amis, mais aussi pour les séjours d’affaires.

Situation idéale proche du centre ville et des commerces, vous apprécierez le parking gratuit et le Tram à proximité. (Ligne 1 et 2)

La Roselière se trouve dans le quartier Boutonnet : C’est un quartier très prisé et agréable à vivre car proche du centre ville tout en étant beaucoup plus calme.

Vous y trouverez beaucoup de commerces de bouche, des écoles et toutes les commodités. Il vous suffira juste de traverser la rue pour avoir une poste, un boucher, un coiffeur, un primeur et un buraliste. Pas très loin dans la même rue vous aurez une station service, 2 supermarché, Picard, un très bon pâtissier - boulanger, et toute la rue de boutonnet avec ses nombreux commerces.

Getting around

A 8 minute walk you will have the tram line 1 and 2. Also a bus stop in front of the house. 20 minutes walk from the city heart. If you come by car you will have (free) parking space and a remote control for the gate. We are 15 minutes drive from the station Montpellier St Roch, also 15 minutes drive from the motorway and the airport Montpellier Méditerranée. To the nearest beach is 17 minutes away.

Je serai là pour vous accueillir, vous conseiller et vous faire partager tous mes coups de coeur et les bonnes adresses. En cas d'absence ma maman ou ma fille seront la pour vous accueillir. Vous serez accueilli par de vrais Montpelliérains qui aiment leur ville et sauront vous la faire aimer. Je reste toujours très disponible pour mes hôtes mais discrète.

How do damage deposits work?

If Pascale (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
