Description
ground floor apartment in a panoramic villa renovated in 2018, consisting of: two bedrooms, a kitchen, living room with kitchenette, TV and sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and a veranda where you can have lunch. The apartment is part of a large villa divided into several apartments that make up a small family-run residence. The structure has: the fenced parking space to place the car inside the property, the garden, the barbecue, the coin-operated washing machine, a playground, WiFi and a brand new swimming pool with a panoramic view and a lower part. The holiday home is located about 1500 meters from PESCHICI where there are all the services and equally from the first beach, easily reachable since you do not pass through the town you will not encounter queues and traffic lights in fact it takes 3, 4 minutes by car, this distance it is to be considered in any case relative since the beaches that can be reached are a dozen. They are entirely in sand, there is both the free part and the one in concession where you can rent sunbeds and umbrellas. The swimming pool is working from June 15th to September 15th.
