Description

Tucked between seaside resorts of Cannes and Nice, in the hillside village of La Colle sur Loup, this provençale cottage offers a peaceful and confortable setting with a beautiful large landscaped mature garden of 3 000 m2 and a private pool of 9 m X5 m in size and with a total of 170 sqm living area.

There are also a swing, a big trampoline, a basketball hoop for adults and one for children in the garden. The bathrooms, are newly renovated with brand new appliances (one with rain shower).

Guests have at their disposal parking for 4 cars (outdoor parking for 2 cars and indoor closed parking for 2 cars).

The house representative of the traditional Provence, is nestled in a park, surrounded by many plant species particular to the Mediterranean.

The villa is in an ideal location from which to explore the Côte d'Azur or to just relax in its peaceful surrondings. The property is approached from a quiet street through a gated entrance.

We are a 3mn walk from the village of La Colle sur Loup, only 10 minutes drive from the sea, 5 minutes from the famous Saint Paul de Vence village, half an hour from Nice and Cannes, 20 minutes from Antibes, an hour from Italy, 45 minutes from Monaco, and 1.5 hours from ski station at 2000 m.

Village with local shops, bakeries and restaurants are about a 3 minute walk away (no need to take your car). 2 minutes drive away from the house stands a supermarket where you will find everything. 5 minutes drive away stands a Polygone Riviera shopping mall with 100 shops, cinema, casino, restaurants…

Great restaurants and markets nearby, as well as 3mn walk from the bustling and lovely medieval village of La Colle sur Loup and 5 minutes drive from the the village of Saint Paul de Vence, where you will find pubs, wine bars, cocktail bars, greats restaurants, town square with lots of lively entertainment and a space for children to play and meet others.

Our home is well located just below bellow Saint-Paul de Vence, the beguiling Medieval village which has an exceptional clarity of light that has attracted many artists. Today there are over seventy art galleries to explore, as well as many restaurants and boutiques.

And then we are not far from Cannes and its shopping and nightlife and Nice for its old town, food and flower market as well as lovely restaurants.

You’ll love our home because of the outdoors space, the ambiance, the pool with the cozy barbecue, the proximity of the village. It is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers and families with kids.

The Golf of Villeneuve-Loubet is 12 minutes away, the Golf de la Begude and Valbonne are a 20 minutes away. Numerous excursions to do in the area, sports swimming (beach 10mn away) walking, golf, museums, hand gliding, and exquisite cuisine from hundreds of wonderful restaurants in the area.

Guests have access to the main house (except one closed room) and property.

Keep the property in good condition, if something is missing at the inventory or was broken, the tenant will pay the price.

- Avoid noise likely to disturb the neighbors after 10 pm (no partys allowed),

- Respect the maximum number of people allowed to enter in the property,

- Be aware that the late check ins after 9 pm will be charged 30€ at your arrival,

- It's really important to contact us 1 hour before your arrival to organize the check-in.
