A ground floor, detached barn conversion beside the owner's home, on the outskirts of Tattenhall near Chester, with one double bedroom accommodating up to two adults.This lovely, detached barn conversion is situated beside the owner's home, overlooking their three-acre paddock, on the outskirts of Tattenhall near Chester. Set solely over the ground floor, the property has a kitchen with a dining table, and a sitting room with a sofa bed and woodburner. There is also a king-size double bedroom with en-suite shower. Outside is parking for two cars and a private lawn and patio, with a hot tub and furniture. With so much to see and do nearby, this wonderful property a fantastic holiday home for couples and small families.
Amenities: Gas central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer, TV with Freeview and DVD. WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Lawned garden and patio with hot tub, furniture and sun lounger. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 8 minutes walk. Pub 1 mile. Note: Max two adults and one child up to two years of age.
Region: Chester is a beautiful and historic border city. Walk its ancient walls, discover the Roman remains and experience 21st Century shopping in the unique half-timbered medieval Rows at the citys heart.
Town: Surrounded by Cheshire countryside, Tattenhall is a lovely, village with great amenities and a lovely 19th Century church steeped in history. Its tower dates back 500 years and there are Roman remains, which suggest that the site has been used as a place of worship from as early as 1300AD!
