Description

This property is professionally managed by Vacations Perfected. Vacations Perfected requires the registered guest booking and occupying the condo to be 25 years of age or older. In most cases, this is the policy of the condo complex or HOA that the property is located in. There are no exceptions to this policy. If you book this property and are not at least 25 years of age or older, or book this property with the intentions of allowing under 25 years of age friends of family to occupy the property without your presence for the duration of the reservation, your reservation will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you inform us within 15 days prior to arrival that you, as the 25 or older person booking the property, will not be able to come and it will only be under 25 years of age people occupying the property, your reservation will be charged a 100% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you book this property, as the 25 years of age or older person, and do not come with the rest of the group who are under 25 years of age occupying the property, your reservation will be canceled, the occupants of the property will be evicted, and you will receive no refund. These acts are booking a reservation under false pretenses, and will not be tolerated. These actions will be reported to the booking platform you used, and further penalties or consequences may arise from the booking platform you booked this property with. This policy is effective beginning 3/14/23.

With new owners and new accessories, this vacation condo has all the convenience of a home. Its 2 bedroom/2 bath open floor plans allow you to prepare your meals while enjoying beautiful views with your family or loved ones. This unit is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare a meal if you wish. There is also a large capacity washer/dryer. The spacious living room will accommodate all your guests comfortably. This unit has dining seating for 4 and additional 2 more seats at the bar. This condo sleeps up to 6. Flat-screen TVs in all the bedrooms for your viewing enjoyment. The master bedroom has a king-size bed where you can unwind at the end of the day lying in bed watching TV or soaking away the day in the large tub/shower. This master bedroom has balcony access from the room where the sunsets are picture perfect at the end of the long day. The guest bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed with a nearby full bathroom. The layout of the condo provides great separation of the bedrooms so you and your guest will have adequate privacy.

The condo is up to date with tile throughout the condo for your peace of mind that the floors are clean if you have any little while crawling around.

How do damage deposits work?
