Located 5 miles out of the rural town of Kanab, Utah which is the center of the "Grand Circle" Zion's National Park, Bryce Canyon National Park and The Grand Canyon to name a few that are located 30-60 min drive from your room. The room is on private property right up next to the wilderness on all sides with just a few neighbors here and there. You have a cozy romantic bedroom with antique bed frame and chili pepper lights, a dining area , attached to a private foyer that is equipped with a microwave, coffee pot, refrigerator and utensil. The bathroom is southwest bright and cheery! You have your own entrance and private porch to gaze out at the setting sun. Or there is a rooftop star gazing deck complete with reclining chairs pillows and blankets. A perfect spot for a cocktail. There is a short trail out the back door that winds up the hill for even more spectacular views of the red rocks and desert. Muffins, coffee, yogurt and orange juice are offered.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Sherri (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
