Avant tout je précise que je loue 3 chambres dans cette maison et je vous invite à consulter mes autres annonces.

C est une grande maison à 8 mn de la station de métro Marcel Sembat et porte de St. Cloud (ligne 9). Tout proche de Paris avec les avantages sans les inconvénients.

C'est une chambre sympa de 10m2 dans grande maison STANDING tres agréable grâce à son jardinet et son patio au rez de chaussée.

Cette chambre se trouve à l'étage ainsi que la salle de bains et les wc. La salle de bains est à partager et il est souhaitable et recommandé de la laisser propre pour vos voisins.

La CHAMBRE sympa est composée d' un LIT DOUBLE 1m40, une grand dressing et un bureau. La fenêtre donne sur le patio donc silencieux.

Le frigidaire et le micro onde sont à votre disposition ainsi que bouilloire et cafetière. Vous pouvez prendre vos repas dans la cuisine mais pas cuisiner. À la suite de mauvaises expériences je vous remercie de ne pas manger dans les chambres. Je suis désolée…

Cette maison se trouve à proximité du métro (ligne 9) , de Roland GARROS, du Parc des Princes, de commerces d’alimentation, (1minute), et d’autres commerces (les passages), de restaurants, cinémas, stations de vélib et Autolib.

Plusieurs lignes de bus à la PORTE de Saint Cloud à 8/10 mn à pied.

La grande cuisine très agréable donne sur le jardin où vous pouvez fumer puisqu’il est bien sûr INTERDIT de fumer dans les chambres et dans la maison.

Le métro Marcel Sembat (ligne 9) est à 8/10 mn comme le métro de la porte de St. Cloud (ligne 9). Il vous faudra 20/25 mn pour aller au centre de Paris (par exemple Champs Elysées où Trocadéro) et 35 mn pour la rive gauche comme st Germain des près. À la porte de St. Cloud station de bus et à proximité de la maison station de VELIB.

À vous … Je suis très heureuse de pouvoir vous accueillir moi même et j’essaie toujours de faire en sorte pour rendre votre séjour le plus agréable aussi bien professionnel que touristique. Je suis attentive à votre confort avec enthousiasme et discrétion. Tout comme vous compte tenu des règles de la maison à respecter. Voila... à très bientôt ? La maison se trouve à 8/10 minutes du métro Marcel Sembat (ligne 9 Pont de Sèvres/mairie de Montreuil) ou porte de saint Cloud. A proximité vélib et Autolib seront à votre disposition. Sinon possibilité de se garer sans problème avec parcmètre. L'aéroport Roissy est à environ 3/4 h en taxi (50€).

House rules

Je loue 3 chambres à l’étage de la propriété que j’occupe. Il faut respecter l’intimité de chacun des occupants tout en jouissant du confort de la maison. Pas de nuisances sonores ni de douche après 20h). Il est proscrit de manger (ou toute autre nourriture) dans la chambre mais vous pouvez prendre vos repas dans la cuisine ou le jardin sans pouvoir cuisiner avec accès au micro-ondes et au frigidaire.
Je vous souhaite un Bon séjour et n’hésitez pas à me solliciter si besoin.

I really enjoyed my stay with Nicole. She was always on hand to help out with advice. The room was in her own house and it felt very safe. You could come and go as you like and the shared bathroom was… More
