Description

First of all I specify that I rent 3 rooms in this house and I invite you to consult my other announcements. It is a large house 8 minutes from the Marcel Sembat metro station where Porte de St. Cloud (line 9) is located. Paris with the advantages without the disadvantages. It is a 10m2 bedroom in a large STANDING house, very pleasant thanks to its garden and patio on the ground floor. This room is located upstairs where the other bedrooms and the bathroom are located. The ground floor has just been renovated. There is a small interior patio and a single storey patio that can allow you to smoke! The fridge is at your disposal as well as the microwave and you can have your breakfast (I put kettle and coffee maker at your disposal) and meal in the kitchen. The BEDROOM is composed of a DOUBLE BED 1m40, a large dressing room and a desk. The window overlooks the patio. This house is close to the metro (line 9), Roland GARROS, Parc des Princes, food shops, (1minute), and other shops (passages), restaurants, cinemas, bike stations. and Autolib. Several bus lines at the PORTE de Saint Cloud, 8/10 min walk. The large and very pleasant kitchen overlooks the garden where you can smoke. For smokers (NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE) It will however be possible for you to smoke in the garden or on the patio !!! This house is served by METRO Marcel Sembat or PORTE de St. Cloud (line 9) is 7/10 min from the house. Nearby all food shops (1 min), restaurants, cinema, shopping center, vélib, Autolib. The BEDROOM is made up of a 1m40 BED for ONE / TWO PEOPLE, a dressing room, an office and a library. There is a parking space (boat in front of the house) that can be used if the space is respected by unruly people. It is not regulatory but I have never had any fines. I hope I made you want to come? The Marcel Sembat metro station is 8/10 minutes away, like the Porte de St. Cloud metro station (line 9). 20/25 min from the center of Paris (for example Champs Elysées or Trocadéro) or 35. min from St Germain from near At the door of St. Cloud bus station and near the house Velib station.

Je loue 3 chambres à l’étage de la propriété que j’occupe. Il faut respecter l’intimité de chacun des occupants tout en jouissant du confort de la maison. Pas de nuisances sonores ni de douche après 20h). Il est proscrit de manger (ou toute autre nourriture) dans la chambre mais vous pouvez prendre vos repas dans la cuisine ou le jardin sans pouvoir cuisiner avec accès au micro-ondes et au frigidaire.
Je vous souhaite un Bon séjour et n’hésitez pas à me solliciter si besoin.
