This stunning architect designed house situated in an elevated position on the Tamar Estuary offers accommodation for eight in four bedroomsLake View is an impressive architect designed property offering luxurious accommodation for eight in four bedrooms. It has flexibility of two zip and link rooms, a master bedroom with juliet balcony and en suite and a further king-size double room. Along with a 65 screen cinema room there is a spacious sitting area with wood burner, dining area, kitchen and garden with terrace, lawn and balcony for admiring the expansive views across the Tamar Estuary. Parking for at least two cars and storage for surfboards, kayaks and bicycles. The area is known as the forgotten corner of Cornwall - a peninsula surrounded by water on three sides. Lake View should certainly be remembered for a magical break at any time of year.

Town: Set in a bowl of hills at the head of a tidal creek that leads to the Hamoaze, opposite the great naval city of Plymouth, Millbrook is located on the Rame Peninsula, "Cornwall's Forgotten Corner". Bounded by the Lynher and Tamar rivers, the Hamoaze and the sea, the area is deeply rural and designated as one of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The village has a good range of shops and pubs, while close by are the pretty coastal villages of Kingsand and Cawsand, from which a ferry will take you to Plymouth. Along the southern edges of the peninsula are miles of beautiful walks with glorious views of Rame Head. Just a mile south of Millbrook lies Whitsand Bay with its miles of uncrowded sandy RNLI patrolled beach and dramatic cliffs. A superb base for discovering the wild side of Cornwall.
