This converted barn is situated just outside St Austell and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.Black Rock is a converted barn nestled in the countryside just outside St Austell, near the infamous Eden Project, not far from the beaches on the south coast and all the amenities that a town has to offer, including There are two bedrooms both with en-suite facilities, one with a bath and shower over and the other with a shower. One the ground floor the living area is open plan with a modern, ultra-glossy kitchen, dining area and sitting area. There is a lawn garden at the front and back as well as a decked sitting area and the bonus of a shared hot tub (the owner can arrange times for exclusive use once there), off road parking for up to three cars. Within walking distance is the Knightor Winery & Restaurant and St Austell offers excellent wet weather alternatives including a cinema, ten pin bowling and indoor children's adventure centre. Well placed for a varied holiday experience, the renowned Eden Project is within walking distance; Charlestown, famous for its collection of tall ships, is a 15 minute drive

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for three cars. Lawn garden, decked area with furniture and a wood fired hot tub. Two well-behaved pets welcome at £25 each per week. Dog towels and bowls available. Sorry, no smoking. Beach 3 miles. Shop 2 miles. Pub 1.5 miles.
Region: Cornwall's visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britain's premier holiday destinations.
Town: A delightful and much sought-after coastal village of stone cottages and Regency houses, on the south coast near St. Austell. Famous for its collection of tall ships riding at anchor in the harbour, the shipwreck museum, excellent pubs and restaurants and easy access to the coastal path, its the perfect holiday destination. It has even been used as a filming location, most well known for appearing in Poldark. The area is rich in golf courses with Carlyon Bay and Porthpean close by.

“Excellent place to stay”
Excellent accommodation, well placed for the Eden project and lost gardens of heligan. Everything you need is provided along with a wood fired hot tub. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here
