This two-storey farmhouse wing is situated near the Devon town of Bideford and can sleep 8 people in three bedrooms.The Barton is a homely and comfortable wing of a farmhouse on a working farm near the Devon town of Bideford. The house sleeps 8 people and has one double bedroom, one double with two additional single beds, a twin room, a family bathroom and family shower room. There is also an open plan sitting and dining area and a kitchen. Outside there are shared facilities: play area, lakes, gardens and parking in the lane for two cars. An adventure on a working farm, The Barton is ideal for those who want an outdoor family holiday.

Amenities: Oil Fired central heating, wood burning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher. TV, DVD, Wifi. Towels and bed linen inc. in rent. Off road parking in lane for 2 cars. Shared facilities: children's play area, lakes, gardens. 2 pets welcome at £30 per pet, per week, to be kept on a lead at all times due to livestock.. Sorry, no smoking. Shops, pubs and restaurants 3 miles. Coast 5 miles. Sleeps a maximum of 8 people including children.

Region: Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Town: Straddling the Torridge estuary, the quaint bustling town of Bideford boasts a medieval bridge, town quay, quaint pannier market and vibrant shopping area - all well worth a visit. For the more active, several major surfing beaches, golf courses, theme parks and other attractions are nearby and the South West coast path passes close by on its way into Cornwall. The beautiful cliff-top fishing village of Clovelly is half an hour by road, and the delights of Exmoor and Dartmoor can be reached in under an hour. Surf the waves, stroll through pretty villages, wander along the Tarka Trail, visit a famous garden or have some fun at one of the local theme or farm parks its all on the doorstep.
