Description

Once in a lifetime experience! Spectacular, newly renovated home in the most exclusive neighborhood in Isabela's Shacks Beach. It's a 2 minute walk to the beach, where you can swim, snorkel, and surf. We call it Salty Shack, because of its charm and uniqueness. It is ideal for large groups and big families since it has a total of 5 bedrooms and 2 baths in two different units. The Pool is perfect to lounge, relax and soak up the sun. The neighborhood is peaceful, quiet and tourist friendly.

Other things to note:

Owner lives in the basement apartment that faces the rear of the property, that area is off limits. The patio, pool and yard are for the use of the guests.

The nearest grocery store is Econo on road 110, about 3 miles away (not walk-able as you have to ascend a very long, steep hill to get to road 110).

How do damage deposits work?
