Casa Naia is located right in front of the beach in a private, quiet and prestigious residential area, which is just a few kilometers outside of Puerto Escondido. Enjoy miles of secluded golden sand beach, relax by the pool, or in one of the many hammocks surrounded by gardens. Enjoy fresh Coconut water from the many coconut trees on the property. The place is perfect for couples, families (with kids) and bigger groups.

**New updated internet systems. Perfect for working remotely or children doing school online. 10+mbit download and upload speeds. 2 separate internet providers.

The house also comes with a 5 Star chef. He is amazing! He does all of the shopping, cooks you 3 meals per day - whatever you'd like to eat he can prepare. He serves the food with an assistant and they do the dishes and the cleaning. Read our reviews, everyone loves Omar the chef!

The house has 7 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, pool, 2 fully equipped kitchens (one for the chef to prepare your meals), dining tables, an open air living room, a Palapa with ocean view, a large Palapa yoga studio with mountain view, hammocks throughout the gardens, over 50 Coconut trees. Drink fresh coconut water every day. 2 outdoor grills, brick pizza oven. In total, the house has beds to sleep 14 guests. At Casa Naia you will often see dolphins and whales swimming by out front. "Naia" means dolphin in Hawaiian. One day I was surfing out front of the house and a school of dolphins swam around us and interacted with us for several minutes. At the same time the sun was setting, it looked like a big ball of red fire was melting in to the ocean. It was pretty magical. And that's how your still will be at Casa Naia. Magical!

Guest access

The entire beach house and property is private only for your use. All of the rooms are available for you to use. Within the rental price is the use of the entire space and all amenities included. The rental does also include daily cleaning, laundry service, maintenance of pool and garden and a maid. An excellent chef is available on request for an extra fee.

Neighborhood overview

Casa Naia is inside the private gated community "Rancho La Parota", which is located 10km south of Puerto Escondido, and 70 km north of Huatulco. The property is right on the beach. There is a beautiful lagoon to the side of the property full of many different species of birds. Puerto Escondido is only a short ride away. Puerto Escondido is a magnet for surfers and beach lovers. By day, you can surf, go fishing, or go dolphin and whale watching, or visit the hot springs. By night, a busy restaurant and bar scene brings live music and an active nightlife. Casa Naia is only 12 minutes away from the main beach Zicatela.

Other things to note

Casa Naia is in a very safe, gated, private community. There is also a night watchman who watches over the house and property.
