Description

Located in the Gold Star community of Locust Lake Village.This big, beautiful open layout Pocono home is perfect for family and friends gatherings. It is nestled in a lovely tree-lined lot at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. The home has an open layout of over 4400 sf, with three floors with front and back decks on all three floors. The entrance leads into a grand family/game room with a brick fireplace, wet bar, game room, and back porch. First floor has a pull-out sofa that can sleep two people. The second floor is a wide-open gathering area encompassing the kitchen, living room with brick wall fireplace, wet bar, and big dining room- all open, spacious, and bright. There are also front and back decks with picnic tables and plenty of lounge chairs. On the third floor are five spacious bedrooms. We have given each one a name. The window room has a queen and a twin with a private deck overlooking the tree line. The white room has a queen and a bunk bed. The brown room has a queen and a twin bed. The balcony room has a queen and a twin with a private deck. The master bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms have their own closets. Full bathroom on the third floor. Half bathroom on the first floor and a full bath on the second floor.

WE HAVE SECURITY CAMERAS ON THE PERIMETER OF THE HOUSE.

Locust Lake Village offers three lakes for swimming, boating and fishing, and many activities to keep you and your family entertained: Tennis courts, basketball court, beach playground area, private ski and sledding hill, ice fishing, archery, and a clubhouse. We will put the living room on our list to update. I had the kitchen well organized with all the dishes, cups, pots and pans etc. Unfortunately the guests put things away before they leave and I have no control where they put them away.
