Located in a quite and lovely upscale neighborhood of Colorado Springs just minutes from Air Force Academy, Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, Pikes Peak, the Olympic Training Center, Seven Falls, and Cheyenne Mountain Zoo. Also, numerous Restaurants and shopping are within a 5 minute drive!

We invite you to enjoy our comfortable and inviting home. It was built in 2004 and has everything you will need on a single level. If stairs are a problem for you, there is no need to go to the lower level. The Main level features a large, fully equipped kitchen with lots of counter space and a Breakfast bar that opens to the living and dining rooms. The dining table will seat 8 plus an additional 3 may be seated at the bar area. The children's table may be brought up from the kid's room for two children to be seated. The Living and Dining area has Cathedral Ceilings and tons of natural light streaming through the large windows. The large Master suite is also located on the Main level and includes a 5 piece master bath with large soaker tub and a huge walk in closet. The main level has two additional bedrooms as well as an additional Full bathroom. The lower level includes an additional living area, game room with DVD and book library, as well as 3 additional spacious bedrooms. The backyard has a large patio with tables and Grill for enjoying the outdoors as well as a playhouse for kids. The garage with door opener is available for your convenience that also houses adult and children's bikes, balls, tennis rackets, and toys for your enjoyment.

All beds are dressed with premium mattress pads and mattress covers as well as high quality sheets. Ample pillows are provided with allergy protective covers. All bedroom includes a TV and DVD Player, either a reading chair or desk with chair and alarm clock. We strive to make each bedroom comfortable and inviting so that you may enjoy visiting with the other guests in the main areas, but still have your own private sanctuary to retreat to. Four out of the 6 bedrooms have King Size beds. One bedroom has a Queen size and the Children’s room has two Twin Size beds.

Enjoy our High Speed Wifi (20 mbps) throughout the house and patio. Cable TV is provided in the Master Bedroom and both living rooms. The other bedrooms (except children's room) have SMART TV's and DVD players, so you can stream movies from Netflix, Hulu or choose a DVD from our large DVD library with over 150+ movies to choose from!

We provide Towels, Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, Loofah sponges, Lotion, Q-tips, Cotton Balls in the bathrooms. The kitchen is equipped to cook a large feast with Pots & Pans, Bake-ware, Cooking Utensils, Dishes, Glasses, Silverware, Coffee Maker, Toaster, Counter top Mixer, Blender and Food Processor. We also provide Dish Soap and Dishwasher Detergent. Refrigerator and Pantry offer ample space for storing all your groceries. We provide basic spices and some staples such as Pasta, Rice, Coffee and Tea. The Washer and Dryer in the laundry room are available for your use and detergent/ fabric softener is provided as well.

Child Friendly: The children's room is located in the lower level and has many toys that your children are welcome to play with if they are age appropriate. Changing table is located in the walk in closet with plenty of drawers for storage. Pack and play, baby bathtub, high chair and baby monitor is available as well as a child safety gate for the top of the stairs are provided.

We generally don't meet guests at the property unless they request it. There is a door code that will be provided and changed with each guest. However, we are just a call or text away if you have any questions or concern during your stay. Your satisfaction with your stay with us is our utmost priority! Please note that check in time is 4:00 PM. Early entry is not permitted unless prior arrangements have been made. If another guest checked out the morning of your arrival, the maid service needs this time to clean and prepare the house for your stay.
