RENOVATIONS GALORE - ONE WEEK LEFT

New owners would love to share their UPDATED summer home, Melville Place, with you. Home is located in Eastward Look section of Narragansett (02882) and within walking distance to the neighborhood playground, basketball court, tennis courts and most importantly beautiful Scarborough Beach! Roger Wheeler State Beach is just a short drive. The house has new floors installed in the downstairs, new mattresses and bedroom sets, new patio set, new gas grill, new refrigerator, freshly painted downstairs, and FIVE NEW AC units installed, some new furniture, as well as several other renovations, and a new outdoor shower stall will be installed

You will need to bring sun screen, towels and linens, everything else you need is provided. Enjoy the large living areas including 4 large bedrooms (1 king and three queen beds) and 2.5 baths. Home is fully furnished with some remodeled areas. Return from a day at the beach, clean off in the outdoor shower then enjoy a barbecue on the outdoor patio. This is the perfect home to spend a relaxing beach vacation or enjoy all that South County has to offer.

This home is located just a short drive to the fishing village of Galilee. Enjoy chowder and clam cakes while watching the fishing boats come in, or ride the ferry to Block Island or take a charter fishing boat. The home is also located a short drive from Narragansett Pier which offers a variety of waterfront restaurants, shopping, Narragansett beach and a wall to walk along or just sit on and enjoy the beautiful sunrise or sunset. If you would like to explore Rhode Island further, Newport is just a 30 minute drive. Take a tour of one of the Newport mansions, enjoy the cliff walk, and visit the International Tennis Hall of Fame. Other day trips to consider are Watch Hill, Mystic Seaport and Aquarium, Foxwoods and/or Mohegan Sun Casinos. Could also spend a day in Boston by taking a train from West Kingston to Boston (1 hour and 30 transit time). There is something to do for everyone!
