Description

Beautiful three-bedroom house located in the heart of Lake Almanor. This house is ideal for a large family. It accommodates up to 10 guests. It is situated on Peninsula Drive near Big Cove Road. It is across the street from the lake and with walking distance to restaurants, Pine Cone Lodge, Knotty Pine, Big Cove Marina and Wally's Peninsula Market. This house is newly renovated throughout, tastefully furnished and completely setup. Barbecue, Linens, towels and cooking utensils are all provided. Boat slip and launch is available for purchase. Lake Almanor offers a large variety of activities, including boating, fishing, hiking, golfing, cycling and much more. Some pets will be considered. There is an extra $10 charge for your pet per night.

The house is within walking distance to restaurants, marina, Wally’s market, known for their wine selection, deli and milkshakes . Boat slip, water access and launching are all within a 1/4 mile of the house. There are many fun events throughout the summer. You don’t want to miss the Memorial Day Craft Fair in Chester CA only 7 miles away, The 4th of July fireworks over the Lake are a must see and the Annual Fish for a Wish Tournament hosted first week of August, it is so much fun and for a good cause. Golfing anyone? Lake Almanor is surrounded by beautiful golf courses. Great monthly rates available! Lassen Volcanic National Park offers numerous hiking trails, lakes and picnic areas. The Subway Caves are also a must see. Weather you cycle around the lake, golf, go boating or enjoy a walk or a day on the beach there’s always fun and exciting things happening at Lake Almanor!

Response from the owner Thank you for your review. Yes, the house has been fully renovated and the property is perfect to accommodate boat trailers on the one acre lot. Both the Knotty Pine and Big Cove marinas are within walking distance of the house and offer lake access. The Knotty Pine Marina has a beautiful upper deck where you can sun bathe, read a book and enjoy a cold beverage. They also rent jetskis, kayaks, pontoon, motorboats and all the boards and tubes needed to enjoy a fun day on the lake.
