The property is in the gated community of Richmond Estates located on the scenic North Coast of Jamaica, just 50 minutes from Montego Bay and 15 minutes outside of Ocho Rios. The Villa comfortably sleeps 6 persons and is suitable for families or a group of friends. This self-catering Villa offers all the modern amenities you expect in your home away from home: fully-equipped kitchen, living and dining area, a patio with outdoor seating, free private parking, washer, air conditioning - in all 3 bedrooms and sitting area, wireless internet, along with beautiful tropical landscaping and a captivating backdrop of the mountains.

Housekeeping services, Cooked meals, Airport transfer and other personal services are available at an additional agreed cost.

Staying at this luxurious villa, you will have full and free access to Richmond's private beach club only 5 minutes away. Onsite, you will also have free access to the Clubhouse with an Infinity swimming pool, gym, ping-pong and pool tables, in addition to a nearby children’s playground.

A Supermarket, deli, pharmacy and liquor store are all located on Richmond Estates and only 3 minutes away. Several restaurants and attractions are within 5 to 20 minutes’ drive:
