WHAT A GREAT POSITION!

This private, traditionally styled holiday villa is wonderfully positioned in the centre of Sanur, a relaxed beachside suburb in the South East corner of Bali.

This Villa is located in the family compound of a beachfront Hotel, just a 100 meter walk to the beach. (with no road to cross!) If you are looking for a well located rental, yet also quiet, then this Villa is a wonderful choice.

We also have another 3 bedroom and 2 bedroom property within 50 meters, so if you have a larger travelling party then combined, these properties are ideal.

The Villa is a 2 story building with a large garden and pool. On the ground floor is the living dinning room, kitchen, and main bedroom. Up the staircase to the first floor are two more bedrooms and an outdoor balcony with seating for 6.

The master bedroom is on the ground floor and has a king-sized bed.The other two bedrooms are upstairs one with a king bed, the other with a queen. One of these bedrooms can also be configured as a twin room.

All bedrooms are fully air conditioned and have adjoining en suites, with walk in showers, televisions with cable network and DVD players. The main bedroom ensuite also has a bathtub.

Please note the maximum occupancy for the Villa is 6 guests. A cot can be added to accomodate an additional infant for a small extra charge, or if you stay 7 nights or more this is complimentary.

The living dining room contains two comfortable three seat sofas, a six seat dining table, television with cable TV and DVD player, stereo system, and sideboard. The area is open to the outdoors and surrounded by plants. It is cooled by a large ceiling fan and several wall fans, and of course the sea breezes.

The swimming pool is 8 by 4 meters, and has two access steps to the shallow end. It sits just outside the living dinning room, providing a lovely outlook from within. There are 4 sun lounges with 2 large umbrellas to relax under. The pool area can be fenced off should you be concerned for your children's pool safety. There is a small additional charge for the set up and removal of the pool fence.

The kitchen facilities in the Villa include a large 2 door refrigerator/freezer, a microwave, an electric induction cook top, small bench top oven, toaster, coffee plunger and teapot, crockery, cutlery, glasses, pots and pans, utensils, a filtered water dispenser....everything you need if you wished to self-cater.

Close by is a wide range of restaurants and nightlife, and we also provide a good selection of menus from the many local restaurants that will deliver. Balinese, Japanese, Chinese, Indian, Seafood and Italian cuisine's are all available in the local area, or we can send a chef to cook in the comfort of your Villa. The local supermarket is also only a short walk away.
