Completely refurbished by new owners, we are pleased to offer discerning guests an amazing ground floor apartment with unspoilt sea views in Alhambra del Mar which is one of the best communities on the coast. Positioned right on the beach and within a few minutes walk of Marbella Town the gated and secure complex has a wonderful swimming pool and landscaped tropical communal gardens.

Just 100 meters from the sandy beach and surrounded by celebrity hang outs and some of the most exclusive real estate in the world, you can easily walk (or jog, blade or cycle) along the Paseo Maritimo (Beachside Walkway) from Alhambra del Mar to Marbella Town to the east or go west towards Puerto Banús and beyond.

The property is managed on behalf of the owners by Finest Rentals. We are a family business with great reviews across a wide range of holiday rental portals so guests are assured of top quality service and an excellent experience.

The apartment comes fully furnished and fitted with every item and appliance you could want or need. It has three bedrooms and two brand new bathrooms, plenty of wardrobe space and a light, lounge diner that opens out onto the large, sunny terrace with perfect sea views.

There is no need for a car, you can walk to the shops and some great restaurants, there is a bus stop at the end of the street, taxis are easy and cheap and the world famous Marbella Club is a few hundred metres away. If you do bring one then there is secure parking outside the front door.

The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable with top quality linen and ample wardrobe space. From the master bedroom you can walk out onto the terrace to view the gorgeous gardens, fountains, streams and the clear sea view. The light modern lounge has a seated dining area, large flat screen TV with hundreds of international channels. We provide fast and free Wifi with speeds of up to 100mb and unlimited downloads. Guests have the choice of over one thousand TV Channels in almost every language including English, Swedish, French and Russian and included is BT Sports, Sky Movies and all the Sky Sports channels; there is also an enormous selection of free movies and box sets.

The large terrace is open to the south and so you can enjoy the sun for most of the day. The terrace overlooks the beautiful gardens and communal pools, with streams, water fountains and little wooden bridges. The apartment has everything you will need to have a stress-free holiday; all linen, including beach towels is provided (at present, due to a drought in the south of Spain, the regional government of Andalucia have imposed restrictions on pool filling and openings and as such guests are prohibited from using the pool and shower/communal toilet facilities until further notice. These measures are being reviewed every two weeks, and we hope and expect that by the summer the pool will reopen).

Guests staying for more than a week will be entitled to a free clean and mid-stay towel and bed linen change. By prior arrangement, and at an additional cost this can be arranged more frequently if required. We can also provide maid's service and arrange catering for you in the property. One of our team will always personally check you in and out and will be on hand if you need anything (we all live nearby) but otherwise we will leave you alone to enjoy your holiday in peace and quiet.

We don't have many rules, we want you to have a great time but it is a legal requirement that we register all guests so we have to have your passport details. Please treat the property and neighbours as you would like others to treat you and your home. The house manual contains a set of community rules which we ask you to please read and observe. Please bring inside any outdoor cushions if it looks like it will rain, and also please do not smoke anywhere inside the property or bring any pets.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
