Description

Modern open plan living on first floor with balcony looking over Christchurch bay. Ground floor has bedrooms and bathrooms, lobby and garage. Garage has 4 bicycles for use, large BBQ and beach seats. Beach is 50m from house.

Telephone and broadband are available with TV, DVD, Netflix. DVDs and CDs available for use. Also an in house hairdryer.

Kitchen has a large fridge freezer, cooker, microwave and wine fridge and fully equipped with crockery and cutlery for at least 8 people, and is fully stocked with saucepans and cooking utensils.

Garage, front shingle area and front drive provide off street parking. There is additional parking in road for residents. Rear gardens is with grass for further recreation.

The beach is 50m from house where there is safe swimming and good promenade. Milford village is 15 minutes walk away and has many pubs and restaurants.

The house will be stocked with some basics such as milk, cereals, bread and so on. A welcome bottle of Presseco will be chilled. The village stores are open 7 days per week, the Coop until 10pm. Our housekeeper is a neighbor and can be contacted if there any problems. The bicycles and toys are available to use at your own risk.

“A little English village jewel hidden away in the beautiful surrounds of Milford on Sea.”

This is a little jewel for a family to experience the New Forest, the English coastline, village life and a place to retreat to after a days enjoyable activities. 100 metres from the beach that was a pleasure magnet for the children. The house exceeded our expectations. Clean, comfortable and cosy. People were so friendly. Local Indian a culinary dance of flavours and spices. John thank you. A big AAAAA+++++++++. Recommended? Without a doubt.

What a wonderful place for a family holiday.Spacious house with lovely living and eating space upstairs and views are just great.Nice garden for children to play in but they would rather go to the beach which is a stones throw from the property.Would definitely go back to this property.

Lovely to see the sea from the living room in this upside down house. Milford Is a nice, quiet village perfect for a relaxing stay. The house is perfect for an extended family
