Description
Renovated beach cottage boasts beautiful Coastal Living look. Common areas boast ceiling fans and include a screened front porch lined with classic rockers as well as a screened eating porch overlooking the private pool. The elegant, well-equipped kitchen will be the hub of family activity.
Two master suites - one up, one down, each with a king bed. On the main floor is a second bedroom with two queens and full bath off the hallway. The second floor also has a second bedroom with one queen bed and full bath off the hallway. Every bedroom has a flat screen TV and ceiling fan. Living room sofa sleeps two.
Private pool has built-in bench seating and wraparound sunning deck. One of the finest beaches on the east coast is only a short walk away!
The local Bikeway conveniently passes through North Litchfield Beach. Head north to Huntington Beach State Park to discover shorebirds and wildlife inhabiting the fresh water and salt marsh estuaries. Head south to shop, find great local dining and explore the charm of Pawleys Island.

SECOND FLOOR: (2 bedrooms) 1 KING, 1 QUEEN, 2 full baths, sun deck.
AMENITIES: Flat screen cable TV-5, DVD-1, wireless internet, microwave, dishwasher, ceiling fans, front loading full size washer/dryer, sleeper sofa (Q), two screened porches, sun deck, Weber grill, outdoor shower with hot/cold, private pool (no heat), access to 7 miles of soft sandy beach, beach gear credit. Please note that the fireplace may not be used.
HOUSEKEEPING / LINENS: For weekly stays, rent includes departure clean service, bed and bath linens, and beds made upon arrival. For stays of 6 nights or less and for monthly stays, rental linens are optional at time of booking for an additional cost. High touch surfaces are sanitized one more time on turnover inspections.
LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday in summer. Partial week stays may be considered for last minute bookings. Monthly winter rental inquiries are welcome.
DOG FRIENDLY: This Dog Friendly home invites you to bring the whole family. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their dog. Guests bringing a dog must make it known at the time of booking and will be required to pay $200 additional rent for one dog; plus an additional $100 rent for a second dog. Maximum 2 dogs. GOLF CARTS are a fun and convenient way to shuttle the family to and from the beach. Call and ask us about golf cart rentals in our area.
