Description

This villa is situated high up the hills of Cas Abou, south west part of Curacao, and offers therefore an amazing view over the Caribbean Ocean and the ever present tradewinds makes this villa a wonderful place to the relax and celebrate your holiday!

Ground floor you will find 3 double bedrooms with a/c, ceiling fan and standing fan (both sides of the porch) and one bathroom. At this shady porch a large dining/working table is at your disposal and you can overlook the private large pool. On the pool deck you will find loungers to enjoy the sun.

From this porch you will see the staircase to the first floor where the spacious living area and kitchen can be found. The kitchen offers all contemporary appliances, such as 4 burner stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher and toaster.

The fully roofed terrace of the villa boasts impressive views overlooking the Caribbean Ocean and the Curacao countryside. Enjoy many breathtaking sunsets from the cozy dining area or living area on the terrace, while enjoying a drink, snack or meal.

On this floor the 4th bedroom is located, including a private bathroom with shower, bath and double sink. Also an extra toilet can be found on this floor.

Please note: Our rate is inclusive of wifi, gas and water. Electricity is not included, and will cost € 0.40 per KwH. Our thumb rule is 10 KwH per room per night, provided the a/c runs for 8 hours at 25 degrees Celsius.

Please note a mid stay cleaning is available upon request and mandatory after a stay of 13 nights. These additional cost of this mid stay cleaning, $ 55,00 will be deducted from your security deposit.

Furthermore we strongly recommend to rent a car in Curacao. Distances are far; public transport is not well organized and it is usually too hot to walk and/or cycle. It is our pleasure to advise in car rental.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
