If you want it all, this charming property delivers a fantastic Colorado mountain experience for you, your family and friends!
This adorable 1-bedroom + loft, 1-bathroom deluxe home is the ideal mountain getaway for small families or groups of up to 6. It’s the perfect mixture of a unique mountain property with new and comfortable finishes. The Blue River area provides a peaceful setting that’s just a 7-minute drive to Downtown Breckenridge and the slopes. Enjoy the serenity in the pine trees with a small creek babbling through the back yard. A public park right next to the property is the perfect place for the kids to play — and pets are welcome in the home, too!
This cabin features an open floor plan and vaulted ceilings in the living area with big windows that provide an abundance of natural light. The large TV, wood fireplace, and comfortable leather furniture are perfect for cozying up after a long day of exploring the Colorado mountains. A fully stocked and newly updated kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a commercial-grade stove and a copper farmhouse sink — perfect for whipping up a home-cooked meal for the whole family. The dining table seats four with two more seats available at the island in the kitchen.
Outside, there’s a large deck in front with a gas grill for barbequing, as well as a smaller deck out back by the creek. A separate and larger deck is set a short distance away from the house in the pine trees that also has the creek flowing a few steps away.
This home provides a beautiful mountain escape — but fear not, complimentary Wi-Fi and a new washer and dryer provide the comforts of home. As with all Summit Mountain Rentals’ properties, this property is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and includes all the bed linens and towels you need, as well as basic toiletries.
