The Port Beach Houses – Villa 1 offers open plan, tropical living, style and luxury. Ideally located, the villa is only a short stroll from Four Mile Beach access, the marina and the town centre of Port Douglas.
This brand new Villa features 3 bedrooms plus a media room (or 4th bedroom), 4 bathrooms and is complete with all the latest modern conveniences to make your stay effortless and even more enjoyable. Every element of this home has been well considered – from the furnishings, to the artwork, to the media.
The north-facing heated pool is fully fenced, private, sunny and large enough to do laps.
The master bedroom is complete with walk-in robe and an over-sized en suite. The contemporary finishes continue in the en suite, which features both a full bath and shower.
All bedrooms have en suites with walk-in showers, built-in robes, air-conditioning and ceiling fans.
Ideal for entertaining, the open plan living & dining flows seamlessly onto a covered alfresco area. High cathedral ceilings, polished concrete floors and travertine tiles create a contemporary and inviting space.
The media room offers a second space to unwind and relax with a large TV with wifi. Depending on your group’s requirements, this room can be made into a 4th Bedroom with 2 small sofa beds suitable for children.
