3BR / 3BA - Sleeps 10 - King, King, 2 Singles- Club Cottage villas are located in the Wyndham Ocean Ridge resort within an easy walk to the Pro Shop and Restaurant. The villa has plenty of room for a wonderful family vacation. The main floor has the Great Room (living, kitchen and dining) with a short hallway to 2 bedrooms BR# King with private bath (tub/shower) and BR#2 2 Singles. There is hall bath (tub/shower) also. Upstairs is the BR#3 with a King Bed and Bath (stall). Also off the 3rd Bedroom is a small deck overlooking the golf course
The owners have provided lots of outdoor seating under the house for you to enjoy. Amenities include an outdoor open shower with hot and cold water, Internet Access, and Pets allowed with non-refundable Pet Fee.
Bed and Bath linens and Departure Cleaning are included. Ocean Ridge Recreation facilities require a pass for a fee, No motorcycles / trailers / RVs / Boats / Golf Carts allowed in the resort. No Elevator Access. No Smoking. This is a duplex building and you share the front steps with the other side - but there is plenty of privacy to enjoy your stay at Club Cottage #826.
Ocean Ridge is a 300-acre golf/recreation resort located on the southern end of Edisto Beach. Recreation amenities (3 swimming-Sea Cloud Circle, Village Villas (hot tub) & Marsh Point, Beach Cabana(restrooms/showers), Fitness Room, Mini Golf, Playground, Tennis Courts, Outdoor Games), Gift Shop are available to all resort guests for a Amenities Fee. Ocean Ridge Beach Cabana is located in the 2000 block of Palmetto - with parking allowed on Palmetto Blvd. Also every cross street has a beach access point with parking on the street.
