3BR / 1BA - Sleeps 4 - Q , S , S - Located half-way down a quiet side street, Cheehaw, is this cozy cottage for your next Edisto vacation. There is parking right in front of house with the entrance stairs to the left of the sundeck. The sundeck has plenty of seating to enjoy while you are on vacation. You enter the house into the Great Room. The seating area has a wall of windows overlooking the sundeck and Cheehaw Street. On the back of the house is the gallery style kitchen. On the left side is the hall bath and Master Bedroom (queen bed). On the right side are two small bedrooms with a single bed in each. You will find a TV in the Living area along with Internet Service. And you can bring the family dog (please under 50 pounds-no cats). Downstairs is the laundry room and a concrete area - no parking under the house.
No Smoking on the property – even on porches and decks, Pets allowed at this property for an additional non-refundable Fee (See Pet Instructions). No Bed or Bath Linens, Refundable Security Deposit or non-refundable Damage Waiver required, The Optional Departure Cleaning & Optional Travel Ins are available. This home rents for weeks only during June-July-August. Call Edisto Realty for shorter stay information. Please note this home does not have a dishwasher
