4BR / 3BA - Sleeps 12 - King, Queen, 2 Singles, Triple Bunk, Den-Trundle - Welcome to a wonderful beach home that you will love. Overlooking a large lagoon with views of the golf course and sunsets!. The main floor has the Great Room with large windows and doors out to the sundeck. To the right of the foyer is the formal dining room with a door to the kitchen. On the lagoon side of the Great Room is a study with views of the lagoon and a door to the sundeck. Off the kitchen is a breakfast nook and the laundry room. The screen porch has a door from the great room. The first floor master is on the left off the foyer. This bedroom has a king and a TV and connecting door to the large private bath. Upstairs are 3 more bedrooms and a large den. The upstairs master on the left at the top of the stairs has a queen, TV and private bath (stall shower only) . On the right side of the house are 2 bedrooms #1 - 2 singles #2 - Triplebunk (sleeps 3) and a hall bath (tub/shower) The 2nd floor den has a day bed w/trundle. Upstairs sundeck is NOT accessible.
No Smoking on the property – even on porches and decks, No Pets are allowed on the property during your stay, No Bed or Bath Linens. Refundable Security Deposit or non-refundable Damage Waiver required, Mandatory Departure Cleaning, Optional Travel Ins. are also available. This home rents for weeks only during June-July-August. Ocean Ridge is a 300-acre golf/recreation resort located on the southern end of Edisto Beach. Club Wyndham Ocean Ridge Recreation amenities (3 swimming-Sea Cloud Circle, Village Villas & Marsh Point, Beach Cabana(restrooms/showers), Fitness Room, Mini Golf, Playground, Tennis Courts, Outdoor Games), Gift Shop are available to all resort guests for a Amenities Fee. Beach Cabana is located in the 2000 block of Palmetto - with parking allowed on Palmetto Blvd. Also every cross street on Edisto has public beach access with parking right at the access.
