Beautiful spacious custom build home with an inground salt generator pool on a two acres. This property is located between Cape May and Wildwood Beaches, about 10 minutes from each beach and 40 minutes from Atlantic City if you want to visit the casinos and beaches. If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing place with good nights sleep and the comfort of a spacious single home but close to all attractions, this is your place. My house has a infrared sauna for health conscious people, commercial dishwasher with the convenience that cleans and sanitizes dishes, glass , pots and pans in about 5 minutes. The pool uses a salt generator that makes chlorine from salt to avoid use of too many chemicals. There is a 4 seasons room good for large groups, family gatherings. Group of 12 people can stay in the four seasons room. If you have a pet, the pet can stay in The four seasons room. The floor is tile and easier to clean.

Do not leave garbage in the house. Keep the house clean. Clean shoes from sand before entering in the house. There is a hose by the pool area. If you use the grill, be careful not to spill grease around the patio and pool area. No wine or grease spills on kitchen white granite. $100 additional charges for unclean grill, stove, pots and pans dishes etc. $100 additional charges if you leave all night exterior lights during stay and do not turn lights off at check out.

Maria's home is wonderful. It was clean and had every amenity (and some extras) a person could want. We really enjoyed our stay and Maria was very kind and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Response from the owner Everything you have stated in this website is not true and is in response to my claim of damage you caused to my property during your stay. When you came to my house all the 4 showers in the house including the steam shower were working well and there was not wet ceiling in the living room from leaking the upstairs shower, and the carpet was not wet. The day of your arrival, I told you to use the hose by the pool to remove sand from the beach before using the showers. I have many 5 starts goods reviews of my property here and other websites that can question your review. My house is very clean. The dishwasher is commercial and clean and sanitizes in two minutes and I do not have problems with the front door lock. The day I came to pick up the keys, I have suffered all kind of insults only for asking what happened to my property. Two men from your group carried the big carpet from the living room outside for drying. Your only answer to my question was that my house was in that condition and that was an old leak. This summer, my house was occupied by guests every day and nobody complaint of leaky showers. If you shower was clog you were supposed to contact me immediately and not wait to the end of your stay causing more damage to the property.
