Description
Ideally situated at the peaceful Koum Kapi beach, just by the sea, Dimitroula's house offers an excellent relaxing stay for up to 4 guests. This 3-story house offers two bedrooms (each with its own bathroom), kitchen and living space. Two balconies offer direct view to the sea and to the old Venetian Wall. It's a 3' walk from the picturesque Venetian harbor, 6' from the Marketplace, 10' from the bus station. Check "Dimitra's house" in f/b for even more info.
"Dimitroula's house" has been very recently fully renovated thus offering a great feeling of elegance and simplicity. The property offers two bedrooms, each occupying a single floor, connected by indoor stairs, each with its own bathroom (shower included) and sea viewing balcony. The living space includes the dining table and the sitting space. The kitchen is equipped with all required appliances (electric kitchen and oven, refrigerator, microwaves oven etc), thus allowing for all meals of a family to be prepared in-house. The property is located at the intersection of a narrow and peaceful street, with the seaside street (Miaouli coast), just by the Koum Kapi beach. Free parking places can be found in all surrounding streets.
