Model perfect home in the exclusive gated community of Chatham Court. Terrific location, with easy access to everything Coachella Valley offers!

Property features a large great room with floor to ceiling fireplace.

Very spacious Gourmet kitchen with Southern views, island breakfast bar and table for 4. Formal dining area seats eight.

Bedroom/Bath layout:

King Main Suite overlooks pool and golf course. The large main bath features a soaking tub, separate shower, 62" television and extra large walk in closet.

Guest bedroom 1 has a Queen Bed and is down the hall from the Main and next to the guest bath. Guest bedroom 2 has a queen bed, and is on the opposite side of the house from the Main. Guest bedroom 3 has a daybed that can be pulled out to sleep two (great for kids!), on the opposite side of the house from the Main. There is a guest bath in the hall by Guest Bedrooms 2 & 3. The Entertainers backyard featuring pebble-tech pool and spa, outdoor kitchen, and covered patio. Enjoy the golf course view with a panoramic mountain backdrop from the private backyard and from most living areas inside.

Centrally located in Palm Desert close to El Paseo, shopping, dining, casino, and the JW Marriott resort and spa. You won't be disappointed with this exceptional property.

Small dogs are considered for a $250 pet fee. No Parties. No Smoking. Great Location!!! Beautiful Views!
