This newly constructed beach front, dog-friendly, elevated beach bungalow boasts rejuvenating views of the ocean. You can enjoy the sights & sounds of the Atlantic Ocean from the porch, living room, kitchen or dining room. Only 6 houses down from Folly Beach's Lighthouse Inlet Heritage Preserve and the trail to view the Morris Island lighthouse, the quaint cottage is tucked away from the hustle & bustle of Center Street and Folly Beach's commercial district. During the day, you can watch the pelicans soaring above the beach and the beautiful sea oats and wild flowers that line the sand dunes. At night, you can gaze at the stunning views of the stars. The cottage is a brand new beachfront cottage vacation home that will put you as close to nature as you can get!

Guests access the home by walking up one flight of exterior stairs to the back porch. Once you enter the front door (which is on the oceanside of the house), you will find the living room, kitchen and dining areas. There is an open floor plan layout between the living room, dining area and kitchen with mesmerizing views of the ocean and beach. A hallway near the living room takes you to the home's bedrooms and bathrooms. There is a full sized washing machine and dryer in the home.

Just 15 miles from downtown Charleston, Folly Beach is its own universe - with its own sense of time, enjoyment, and a laidback, friendly energy that has earned it the lifelong affection of locals and visitors alike.
