You'll love this fully furnished 3200 sqft solid log ranch on 5 acres of mountain beauty, located less than an hour from The Grand Canyon South Rim, 2 hours from Lake Powell, only 20 minutes from Downtown Flagstaff and just on the other side of the mountain to Snowbowl, this home not only offers close proximity to some of Arizona's most desirable attractions, it also has enough room to host the entire family so you can easily make it a SMALL reunion, a friends getaway or just a short retreat from the valley heat!

With 25' vaulted ceilings, 4 bedrooms (2 w/ master en' suites), 3.5 baths, 3 fireplaces, central HVAC, a pool table, log outdoor seating, room to sleep 12 and those incredible mountain views, this home is well equipped to please everyone in your group. Not only that, the long driveway keeps you secluded from the road and provides quiet peacefulness hidden in the trees.

With gated access direct from the back of the property to thousands of acres of National Forest, the trails for hiking, biking, riding, etc.are easy to access and you'll find plenty of adventure no matter how you choose to explore. Not to mention this is one of the few pet friendly properties that not only allows you to bring your dogs, but even offers a beautiful barn, stables and plenty of fresh grass for your horses to enjoy (if you so choose to bring them). There are a few specific rules you must agree to like no dogs on beds, linens, furniture, etc., but there's also plenty of room for your dogs to enjoy the fresh mountain air while keeping them safe outdoors in the large ~5000+ sqft, fully fenced and gated dog run!
