Located 3 km from the picturesque Marzamemi with its seaside village and Portopalo di Capo Passero, 7 km from Noto, capital of Baroque and 45 Km from the capital Syracuse, this property is a holiday home with a breathtaking sea view, free WiFi air-conditioned and equipped with all comforts such as a TV, a seating area, an indoor dining area and a veranda overlooking the sea, a kitchen with oven and fridge, two bathrooms with shower more outdoor shower, washing machine. Equipped with 5 beds in three rooms, it guarantees comfort and privacy for guests.
