Description
This first-floor apartment is in a beautiful seaside town called Marina di Ginosa on the south eastern coast of Puglia Italy. approximately 70 min-drive from Bari/Brindisi airports.
Lina Apartments are situated in a quiet location but close to all of the towns amenities such as Supermarket, Shops, Bars and Authentic restaurants 5-15 mins walk away. The golden sandy beach is 15 min walk or a 5-minute drive.
The location is also ideal for exploring the special towns of Alberobello, Matera and Taranto all are within 45 mins drive and other historical sites and places of interest including an 18 hole golf course and water park. The apartment comprises of 2 double bedrooms with twin beds that can be pushed together to make doubles, the rooms are bright and spacious with a back balcony accessible from each bedroom. The apartment is actually 3 bedroomed but only 2 are available for letting purposes. There is a further bed settee in the lounge/dining area, one bathroom with shower and one on suite toilet and hand basin in bedroom 1.
The apartment also has air conditioning/heating in all rooms, gas hob and electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine and refrigerator. There is a spacious outside front balcony which is ideal for alfresco eating. There is wifi throughout the apartment. There is secure parking available at the rear of the apartments and is accessed through an electronic gate opened by a key fob. The apartment has its own sunbeds for lounging around the pool. Our representative in the resort speaks English and Italian.
