The world-famous Calangute Beach is less than one kilometer away from this luxury villa with a private swimming pool. Moreover, the bustling Calangute town –the heart of the city can be reached in a 2-minute drive. You can try the authentic Goan food at a street food stall or restaurant, sip green tea in a café, or be impressed by the collection of items at the Calangute market souks.
Designed by a global architect, no detail has been unnoticed in this gorgeous villa. Villa Diva complex comprises of four private villas each with four bedrooms, a kitchen and a living room. Modern furnishings, clean interiors and ceramic tiles create a stunning look influenced by both contemporary and temporary styles. The furnishings and curtains are carefully sourced according to the theme of the villa and the furniture emphasized by objet d’art and modern lighting.
The villa has a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable dining room that can accommodate eight to twelve guests. There is also an informal space in the open-plan drawing room with air-conditioned seating for up to eight guests. It is a beautiful area in the house where you can enjoy your foods admiring the green landscapes and gorgeous pool. If you request, cook or maid can be arranged onsite to prepare any meals as per your requirement
Sleeping up to eight guests in each villa, the four air-conditioned bedrooms boast superior quality king-size beds, en-suite bathrooms, large sliding windows with ample outdoor views of swimming pool and beach and inbuilt cupboards.
Guests will love comforting in the wonderful lounge with stunning green views, informal dining area, and TV area, while in the outdoors you can choose to relax either in the shade or in the sun.
