Description

2 bedroom apartment one block away from 24/7 bus to Times Square. The main bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has single bed with a second bed pull out (trundle) option and the living room has a pullout sofa bed. In this apartment you still have all of the space you'll never find in a New York City hotel!

The space

This private space is right off of Blvd East located in West New York so it is literally next to NYC. It's the closest you can be to Times Square without sleeping in a NYC Hotel and paying the big prices. This is a spacious sunny 2 bedroom 1 bathroom.. Located on the 2nd floor of walk-up building (No elevator).

The Master bedroom is very spacious and bright.

The room has a Queen size bed, one specious closet with two dressers.

IMPORTANT NOTE- the entrance to this bedroom is THROUG the second bedroom

The second bedroom has a single bed with a pull bed (trudle) option. Room also has a closet, the living room has a queen pullout sofa bed.

Amenities:

You never have to worry about forgetting your keys, the front and apartment doors are equipped with smart lock code to enter.

You don't have to bring bed linens, towels or a hair dryer, we will provide you with clean towels and all you need is to feel comfortable and at home.

The apartment is equipped thermostat so you control the heating as you like and air conditioning window units around the apartment. (Please turnoff every morning before to leave the apartment and close door and windows during using)

High speed wireless internet, and other convenient amenities like iron, NYC travel book, City map and Subway map are provided for use during your stay.

We provide a fully equipped kitchen so you can cook and dine in. Please carefully wash, dry and put away your dishes.

You'll find everything you need within few minutes walking distance to restaurants, Laundry and grocery stores with in walking distance

You rent the entire apartment. My husband and I live in the first floor of the building, this makes easy for either me or my husband to meet you upon arrival. In case you have any questions or concerns you will have my contact information or you can simply knock on our door and I or my husband will be there to help you. Other than that the place is all yours.
