Description

This room is on a full floor, 4 bedroom apartment. 3 of the bedrooms are used as rentals. The apartment has a massive open-concept living room, library/work space, and kitchen that can all be utilized by guests. The rooms each have their own Smart TV's connected to streaming services. The East Village is the perfect area to be in when visiting New York. One block away from St. Marks Place! With Tompkins Square, Union Square, and Astor Place close to the apt. Near the F, 6, L, R/W trains!

My apartment is in a building own by my family with tenants that have also been here for many many years. The community vibe is welcoming and a change of pace from the hustle and bustle of downtown New York City despite being located in the middle of it.

Getting around

The easiest way to get around NYC especially during the day is most certainly the subway. The apartment is located in a centralized are and is walking distance from nearly all the lines that run through the city. the F, 6, L, R/W are within a 5 min walk and the A/C/E, B/D,M, J/Z, 4/5 are all within 10-15 mins walk from the property. A car is absolutely not necessary in New York City although car transportation can be preferable late nights when the trains are slow. In case of late night travel however, anywhere in Manhattan especially at night you can step out on the street and hail a yellow cab in about 5 mins. If you do come with your own transport there is free parking on the street but the car will be sometimes need to be moved on c
