This amazing 3 bedroom, 4.5 bath and 2 kitchen waterfront home sleeps up to 10 and has over 2600 square feet of living space under air and an additional 1400 square feet of screened in deck space all facing the turquoise waters of Pine Island sound and the Gulf of Mexico. Filtered drinking water on both levels so no need to bring bottled water!

Located on the best fishing spot on the island (used by local guides), you will be steps from your own private sand beach with fishing dock and views that are simply stunning! The dock is lit at night to attract fish. Catch your next meal or simply enjoy the excitement of bringing in some of SW Florida's best fish right in your back yard. Wake up to a beautiful sunrise and watch the dolphins swim by at this upscale waterfront home with too many high end finishes and amenities to list here. You can sprawl out at Latitude Adjustment with two large living areas, two great kitchens, with granite counters and back splash, stainless steel appliances and a kitchen well equipped enough to impress any part time chefs. Enjoy 3 large. impressive En suite bedrooms with baths that have incredible showers and a fourth bunk bedroom. The lounging areas are well provided for with only the best quality outdoor and indoor furnishings with the utmost in comfort in mind. This home is fully equipped to sleep, entertain and feed up to 10 people in luxury surroundings. The Club provides the homes towel service stocking the baths with loads of high quality bath, hand and face towels. Some of the amenities provided for your comfort and enjoyment include 5 flat screen wall mounted TV's with tons of channels and movies for your viewing pleasure, a wide range WiFi mesh system with access to high speed internet, a high end stainless steel Saber gas grill, as well as a quality ping pong and foosball table. There also is an elevator for elderly and handicap guests. The three suites provide ultra comfortable beds with top of the line sheets and pillows. Loads of large beach towels are stocked for your enjoyment to sprawl out on your private beach. Know someone who likes video games? A "Viewlix" arcade machine with track ball and over 3,000 built in games with all the classics such as Golden Tee, Street Fighter, Pacman, Mike Tyson's Punch out, Techmo Bowl just to name a few, is sure to keep them busy.

Other things to note

Our management team provides our guests VIP services including luggage pickup and drop off, and a grocery stocking service for a nominal fee. Groceries can be ordered ahead of time and packed for the boat at the local supermarket. Details will be provided after booking. There is only a small convenience store on the island but there are 4 restaurants. Latitude Adjustment truly has the ability to offer you one of the most amazing vacations!

Getting around

You would park your car at your chosen ferry companies lot or arrive by taxi (info to be provided upon booking). Once on Island- Lifted Golf Cart/s included, Bikes and Kayaks rentals are included on island, and Walking of course! No cars!

Interaction with guest

The home is managed by a small management team for first class guest services and a welcome pack will be sent with all the information and contact numbers once booking is complete. They will be there to greet you from when you pull up to the welcome center until checkout when they pick up your luggage at the home. It is a full service operation with staff on hand to help with any issue that should arise. Once on the island a door code will be provided.
