Welcome to my charming and spacious home! It is well-appointed and decorated to remind you ...YOU ARE AT THE BEACH!!! This comfortable & clean townhome has 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, 1350 SF is located in Forest Ridge, an easy walk to the beach! Start your day relaxing with your coffee in sturdy and comfortable Adirondack chairs and end your day in the same place, sipping on your evening drink. The large deck also has a table with 6 chairs for dining, You will be able to watch older children while in the pool or watching your friends play on one of the 2 tennis courts...all from the deck with huge tree to cast a nice shade over you. Theres also a playground for younger children. The manicured grounds contain peaceful ponds, fountains, and a wandering creek! Palm Tree Paradise beach home can accommodate 6-7 guests. It includes a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer and private deck nestled under the beautiful oak trees of Amelia Island, overlooking the pool and tennis courts.. The open floor plan includes 42 in TV, access to the deck, kitchen, bar with stools, dining area. Another TV is in the master bedroom and both provide generous channel selections along with fast and free wi-fi. Even a desk to stow and recharge your computer and devices. There is a designated parking place, plus visitor parking. The beach access is near single-family homes, not high-rise condos, so the beach is quiet and uncluttered. You will be within walking distance to great restaurants, nightlife, and a surf shop. It's a short drive to Fort Clinch and downtown shopping and dining. Fernandina Beach Golf Club and Amelia River Golf Course, both public courses, are minutes away. Fishing opportunities abound, with ocean fishing, Egan's Creek, charters and pier fishing, all nearby. Miniature golf and a cute ice cream and sandwich shop are a short drive or a fun walk away. Trolley and boat tours are available in historic Fernandina. Downtown Jacksonville is 30 minutes away. St. Augustine and Savannah are less than two hours away. Disneyworld and Universal Studios are less than three hours away and very doable for a day trip. Read the reviews! By car. Or bring your bicycle. It's flat and plenty of biking trails. Or walking, My condo is just .5 miles to Sliders Restaurant by the Beach. Enjoy live music, cocktails and delicious food all year rougnd.

Response from the owner Thank you for your lovely review but not sure why only 3 stars. There is a short boardwalk from the assigned parking space - which happens to be right in front. It takes me maybe 10 seconds from my car to the front door. The neighborhood is a nice mix of vacation rentals and residents, who, as far as I know, have been friendly and helpful. Glad you enjoyed our beautiful beach and sweet historical downtown. It is a cool place to live an visit!

How do damage deposits work?

If Gwen (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
