Description

Welcome to my Dp Home. My Condo is about 1000 sf and it has 3 Bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 1 basement car park will be provided. My place is good for family travelers in a group of 6-8 person, even 10 person upon request for your family & friend togetherness.

My spacious living room can easily fit in your additional members and it has been equipped with a 42” TV, sofa & coffee table. My kitchen comes with kitchen hood & hob with gas barrel, cookware and utensils, dining area with plates, bowls and cutleries. The Master bedroom has ensuite bathroom (with toiletries), complete with a Queen Size bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinet and mirror. For 2nd room, I have prepared 2 Queen Size mattress (little adjustment need to be done) for parent come with children. Your children (age 12 or below) can have his/her own space with their own pillow set at Zero charge, however will count as pax for adult with charge. For extra guest, floor mattress with pillow and blanket will be provided. For 3rd Room, a Queen Size Bed has been provided.

My Dp Home has come with 100 Mbps Fibre Optic Internet connection, you may enjoy uninterrupted Internet connection for your work or sharing among your friends & family.

This place has convenient amenities around including Supermarket (linked), local/International F&B (Western/Burger King/Pizza huts/mamak store/Chinese/Japanese/Korea Restaurants- halal/non-halal), bank, Pharmacies/ convenient stores & etc. Shopping mall (IKEA/ 1 Utama/Tesco/The Curve) is within 5-10mins driving distance or by MRT shuttle bus.

Easy accessible by UBER/Grab or public transport (MRT train with shuttle bus available door step) to go to city town area.

Few shopping malls are within 5-15 min drive, e.g. One Utama, The Curve, IKEA, Tesco, Starling mall and etc. Kidzania is adjacent to IKEA, highly recommended parent bring their kids age below 12 for job experience playworld. If you are nature lover, Kiara park and Kiara hill (10min drive, TTDI) is a good place to bring yr family for fresh air. It has a playground and small stream, safe for children to picnic, play sand and small fish catching. Cyclicing lover can explore Kiara hill trail for jungle adventure or simply just walk on the hill trail. Food lover may explore more in SS2 food court for variety food.Every Monday has night market. Durian lover also find it as paradise, it has many durian stalls offer durian fresh fr farm(season)
