This family apartment is not available through a travel partners in this category !!! Frontal, full ocean view with surrounding balcony. The apartment has 77 m2, two bedrooms, one of them including a private bathroom and large closet safe. The second bedroom with twin beds has a private bathroom with walk-in shower, as well as its own built-in wardrobe. The living-dining room has two sofas, one of which can be used as a double sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with brand appliances and offers ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, fridge / freezer and small appliances such as toasters and kettles. The balcony with 23 m2 full sea view, a beautiful view towards Kusadasi, the harbor and the famous bird island. All public facilities of the resort can be used for free. There is an active pool and a relaxation pool, a water park with 5 slides and a children's pool with water play equipment. Playground, tennis court and a multi-function space are also available. The gym and the wellness center with sauna, Turkish bath, steam room and indoor pool are also available free of charge. Applications of any type can be booked for a fee on the spot at the spa. Directly at the hotel there is a bathing platform with access to the sea via a ladder. Bathing there must be at least 12 years allowed and recommended only for experienced swimmers. This one has there crystal clear water and a fantastic view of Kusadasi. The hotel's private beach is 2 km, sandy beach with shallow access to water. The hotel's shuttle service is free of charge, journey times will be advertised at the hotel. The Ramada Resort has a main restaurant with an international buffet, two snack restaurants (at the slide pool and on the beach), three a-la-carte restaurants and several bars (all against payment). With us it is all inclusive offer available for a special price of 40, - € per person per day, children up to 12 years for 25 .- €. Contained therein are extensive buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner; all local drinks from 8:00 - 24:00; daily apartment cleaning, towels / linen and beach towels; Bathroom amenities, daily restocked mini-bar; from one-week stay 1x a la carte restaurant inclusive per week. The 18-hole golf course is about 20 km from the hotel. Due to its elevated location in the hinterland, it offers fantastic views of the coast towards Davutlar. Courses, etc. can be booked on site at the Ramada Resort at the Guest Relations or requested at reception. The shuttle is there then incklusive.
